The best of intentions sometimes go awry. We had no internet access on Friday, Sept 13. Now we have it but I am too exhausted to blog. For the moment I will just report that we all made it back to the top of the south rim today around 10:00 am after a 5:30 am start. Hopefully I can get caught up.
